The Allied Pinnacle Ballarat Silos Project involved concrete repair and waterproofing works to improve durability and extend the service of life for the silo structures.

IMPLEMENTATION

CPR Services were engaged to deliver repairs and waterproofing
across two full-height silos, each approximately 27m high including the lateral surfaces and top and bottom sections.

The works included approximately 630m2 of waterproofing per silo, along with 100m2 of concrete and crack repair that was completed to a high quality standard of workmanship. Even with a tight program, the project was delivered efficiently with strong planning and safe work practices, particularly in operating the 80 ft knuckle boom for access to works. This resulted in positive client feedback.

With the successful completion of Stage 1, CPR were engaged to
deliver stage 2. Since the completion of works, the client has again engaged CPR to investigate future works. This reflects the confidence the client had in the quality of work and project delivery.
