The Pacific at Bondi project involved the redevelopment of the former Swiss Grand Resort Spa into a mixed use development combining luxury residential apartments with a boutique hotel and retail tenancies.

IMPLEMENTATION

CPR Services were contracted by Hutchinson Builders to perform extensive concrete patch and crack repair works as part of a major apartment renovation project.
Using our modified Gunite spray machines and polyurethane/epoxy injectors, CPR worked ahead of schedule and completed works at a rate of 7 rooms per day with 150 tonnes of concrete repair and over 200m of epoxy injection undertaken.
CPR Services developed and used dustless dry-spray gunite to install high-volume repairs faster, cleaner and more efficiently.
