The M6 Tunnel Stage 1 project aims to enhance connectivity
to Sydney’s southern regions by constructing continuous twin
tunnels linking the new M5 at Arncliffe to President Avenue at
Kogarah.

IMPLEMENTATION

CPR Services has played a key role in delivering a range of
specialised works for CGU (CPB Contractors, Ghella and UGL) on
this major project. Our expertise and commitment to excellence
have ensured the ongoing successful delivery of challenging
tasks that meet the highest industry standards.

The team of over 40 specialist technicians installed over
50,000m2 of membrane to the tunnel walls and roof.
As well as the spray applied membrane, CPR are also undertaking post injection grouting, long-tail rock bolt grouting,
water sealing, epoxy injection and concrete repair.

This project further consolidates CPR’s reputation as the
industry’s most experienced and capable contractor, bringing our total application of this product to approximately 400,000m2.
