Port Of Melbourne’s largest dock remediation package of works this century was the expansion and remediation of Webb Dock.

IMPLEMENTATION

CPR Services worked with Freyssinet Australia to conduct 200m3 of concrete repair as part of the project.

Over 640 tonne of Gunite repair was achieved using customized high and low output machines.

CPR also installed over 6000m of epoxy crack repair using an in-house cut and fill technique.

CPR Services was the first contractor employed at Melbourne Ports to exceed all testing and Quality Controls set out by Melbourne Ports, never failing a pull off test or core sample.
